Hi there. I know there is lots of talk about the PVT trick and I know the best thing to do is wait for BON and quick results but this is really eating my nerves.
I took the PN exam today. Shut off at 85 and I was done in under an hour. When I first checked the PVT it said my exam was on hold, I'm assuming because of the speed of the test. When I checked again, I got no good pop up. I felt confident on the last question.
My question is, has anyone ever had the "bad" pop up using the trick and it turned out they passed ? I'm just looking for some hope to cling to.
Thank you !!

How did you study for it? I'm just re-reading handouts/re-reading chapters, nclex mastery app. Thanks! And I'm sure you passed!!
Hi! I had the Saunders comprehensive review book. Read it front to back. Did hundreds and hundreds of questions. Also used the PN Mastery App. But I don't think it paid off, from all my web surfing, bad pop ups (no pop up) isn't good at all. But I'm trying to remain positive
The pn mastery site tells people a lot on fb that it isn't reliable. You finished with 85, to me that sounds like you've passed. If you weren't doing good they would keep giving you more. Just thank god in advance! Every post I've read most people didn't think they passed and boom they did. Hopefully you'll be able to get your quick results!
Thank you! I had TONS of SATA so that makes me feel like I easily could have bombed in the first 85 questions. I've heard nothing but success with the pop up on these threads but I also know it's never 100% accurate. Ive only seen a few where there was no pop up and passing. I'm praying Monday shows me positive results. Thank you again for your kind thoughts! I'll keep you updated!!

I've been reading a lot about the trick and it appears people do it wrong then think it doesn't work.
Were you charged $200 for the next test? If not, then that wasn't the bad pop up
It's funny you mentioned that. I hit submit once. And didn't get a pop up. I decided to put wrong CVV code in just in case, and I again received the "hold" pop up. So.... I still have hope. The hold pop up is better than no pop up right!? :-). I will try to be patient until Monday
Yep you still have hope. I didn't know it would work with the wrong cvv (I have yet to try that) but a hold pop is definitely better than a straight up charge on your CC. A hold can mean either way. Good luck and update when you get your actual results

Good luck
Hi everyone! Just an update, I passed!! I'm so relieved. It was a long 3 days, and the anxiety of it being on hold was intense. But all is good!! :-)
