I took my exam back in September and tried the PVT an hour after the test with wrong security code. It gave me the good pop up. I tried again 5 hours later and it also gave me a good pop up. The next day I went on continentaltesting website and type in my information and found out that I pass.
I used U-WORLD for 12 days straight, established a study schedule. Wakes up at 7:30AM, get coffee and goes right to studying until 10PM at night. I did the questions and read the rationale and really understand why I get the questions right or wrong. If you have any questions to something specific I do the day before the test or the day of the test feel free to message me. Good luck! :)
ATTENTION: If you are in IL you can use the continental testing website to see if you pass or fail for FREE. Pearsonvue has to report your result to Continental Testing. Usually the result will pop up on the Continental Website about 36-48 hours after you have taken the test.

I only used Uworld too. I went to long distance school, Excelsior, and finished my nursing theory classes 3-4 years ago so my nursing knowledge is definitely not fresh. I took my exam today, got 75 questions, tried pvt trick and got a good pop up so far.. finger crossed that the trick is accurate!
