Hi all
I just took a new job about 2 months ago, and I truly hate it. I love the kids and families, but the job is so boring. The hospital has a 12 month rule, but I don't think i would do this job for 12 months and keep my sanity. As much as I love the hospital overall I am going to be applying to other jobs.
My question is should I include this job on my resume, and if I do should I explain that it isnt a good fit on my cover letter?
I posted in the general forum because I feel like it will get more traffic. Thank you.

As you are most likely going to be asked to list all previous positions on your application, my opinion is that you should include it on your resume as well. Not listing it on the resume makes it seem as if you're trying to hide something.
If you do this, please ensure that you think about the consequences. It is possible le that they would provide a less than stellar reference, and it's highly likely you'll end up on their do not hire list.
Best wishes with the job search.
