I graduated in 2014 from Inter American University of Puerto Rico and got licensed as a RN in PR. I just moved to Georgia and I'm trying to get the NCLEX but they are asking me for a C.G.F.N.S report but I got a question I have no experience working as a nurse do I need experience in order to take the NCLEX? Please anyone
