Publishing a ebook

I'm interested in making an ebook of quick tips for nursing students. My question is, if I'm including old notes and values, do I need to site these and if so, how do I do it? Thanks.

I don't think you need to cite sources for lab values as long as they are standard. But If you are including tables or graphs from other studies you do need to cite those. There is already a company that makes these type of guides so be sure you are not committing any copy write infringements.

If you're citing your own notes there is a way to do that so you don't "self-plagiarize". And you may get away with just including a disclaimer about the reliability of your numbers if they do come from your own notes. If in doubt, cite an official source for hard data if that helps you feel more comfortable including it in your book.
