Public Health Intervention Wheel/Help

Hello,

I need help with a public health assignment. I have to choose three interventions from the wheel and apply them to a scenario about a population with that receives limited/no prenatal care. For each intervention, I have to use individual, community, and systems examples. Any ideas would help....or any learning materials.

I am also at Chamberlain RN-BSN program. I just posted a question on the Q&A board week 7 regarding this. I found a wheel on page 688 of the text but I am not sure it is the one that she is referring to in our assignment.
