according to the federal regualtions (obra) and i quote f279 "the requirements reflect the facilitiy's responsibility to provide necessary care and services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being......" so, does this mean that we should get all of our residents "extreme make overs?" :uhoh3:
