   Yeah I’m AD as well... I’ve actually heard the process is slower for Reserve applicants.

   I am a 66S as well (Selected Last April), Currently waiting to get another physical done before being able to get commissioning orders. I hope I will be able to get into the DCC class starting at the beginning of June.

   Update: Got a call last week that I have to get another physical done... apparently my recruiter messed up on one page and forgot to add ONE word, which is causing me to go back and do another full physical. I was selected almost a year ago haha. This is rough.

   Sounds like we’re in the same boat! I was wait listed in April 2020 and was finally pulled off the list around June-July. Still waiting on Commissioning orders... I am more than likely going to miss the January DCC and will probably go to the one starting in June.

    No, you’re good LOL. That does bring up a good point to people reading this post in the future. If you’re turned down by one recruiter, definitely get a second opinion from a different one.

    Still no commissioning orders, but I did get a welcome letter and challenge coin from the Recruiting Battalion's Commander. That's something, no? haha

    Still waiting to be commissioned LOL. This wait is the worst! I had to sign a letter of intent on September 1st saying that I am still wanting to accept a commission and that I am only waiting for my appointment orders to do so. Today is the new FY, I am hoping my wait will end soon.

    An AMEDD recruiter would be the best to answer this question. From my understanding, the Army has a big board at the beginning of every FY which will usually complete the 66H (med surge) mission for the whole year. If that is true, you might be able to submit a packet to the October board, but it could be cutting it real close. You’ll need to start on it ASAP.

    Thank you! Since you're further in the process than I am, what does "scroll release" mean exactly? I was told that my scroll was already approved awhile back when I was waiting for this waiver to clear, and now I have to wait for it's release? haha.

    Found out yesterday that my medical waiver has been approved and everything is a go! Recruiter said now that everything has been approved, they’re just waiting for my packet to drop down in their system and for my scroll to be released so they can commission me!!

    I found out yesterday that I was pulled off the OML almost a month ago... LOL. Scroll is already approved and now I am just waiting for a medical waiver to be approved before HRC publishes the scroll.
