Hey I am thinking of working with the IHS. Any one work on one of the reservations as a non-native nurse and have some insight on the best reservations to pursue? My speciality is OB if that makes a difference. Thank you!

I would love some more info on specific reservations but I can't PM. What reservations have you worked on and which is the most functional if your spouse will need to work nearby and have a young child? I'm just not sure about the real rural ones bec...
