Texas school sets dress code for parents

I'm sure that would be an exception. It will be quite difficult to enforce grown adults into a dress code anyway.

Texas school sets dress code for parents

I feel that some of it is reasonable. For example, the sagging pants, daisy duke shorts and overall skimpy clothes.

Lone Star College 2019 LVN to RN transition

I'm currently a school nurse. The pay is not great but the vacations make up for it. I am also a charge nurse in a nursing home and I think the starting pay is 20.50. I've also worked in a family clinic and the pay was okay as well. Don't quite remember the pay but it was between 18-20.

My number 13 just asks for emergency contact and medical form, and I've completed it already. Am I missing something?

Yea I think if you're already a LVN, they automatically send the blue card. They sent it to me last year when I was placed on the waiting list as well.

    Well it was a pleasure.

I put in my two weeks notice. I am not even finishing my year, but I got accepted to the RN program and will be unable to keep a Monday-Friday job. I give it to all you school nurses!

    C'Mon Now!

This was me yesterday! A kid got his leg jammed by an automatic gate closing at the apartments and his friends helped him onto the bus (instead of taking him back to his home with dad). I came in late and I have PE coach telling about the kid with the leg, secretary telling me about a kid that stepped on a stapler, my diabetic and 5 other routine meds waiting on me.. AND on top of that I there is an ongoing biggest loser going on and I am weighing the teachers participating and i have a teacher telling me about how he just needs to be weighed in the middle of all this chaos!!!! DUDE TAKE A HINT. YOU ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF MY PRIORITY LIST!!!!

My mom was there last year and she said you'd have to talk to the teachers, but that the summer is so condensed that it is not a good idea to miss.
