   I applied and got an in person interview today but shortly after got the "thank for playing" email. Very discouraged. Any ideas how else to get into a hospital? I did LTC as an LVN but it is not my calling. Any advice?

2. Does your facility ask you to sleep over when it snows?

   It's very rare for it to snow in Texas, but when it does it's bad. There was no excuse. Our facility let us sleep in empty rooms, set up mattresses, cots, and made pallets for us so we could sleep and not miss work. They also fed us without charging ...
