   Just got my license number on the "BREEZE" system. About 9 weeks start to finish. The toll free number for Calif BON is 1 800 838-6828.

   Check cashed mid-July 2014, pending status on BREEZE-CA since early August. Last week BON in Sacramento said all documents in their possession and license probably ready end of September/early October 2014.
