   Pertussis outbreaks are more a result of unvaccinated people. According to the CDC and ACIP guidelines in the US, Tdap is a one time does in adulthood, followed by TD boosters.

   It's actually allowed at our hospital. We are just asked not to do in in front of patients and to step into the break room or something. We also are a smoke free campus, but they do allow e-cigs.

    Did you try the Pearson vue trick? It may calm your nerves some. I know plenty of people who took the entire test and still passed. Don't give up yet!
