   answer: 1. haad= abu dhabi; dha= dubai; moh= other emirates except dubai and abu dhabi;... haad and moh can take in the phil. but dha assessment is only in dubai.. 2. cert of good standing= will you get it at the prc.. if you at ksa, ask ur relatives...

   you must have 2years straight hospital exp prior to take any exams in the UAE,,, in dubai your master's degree will be helpfull if you have 2yrs exp. cause you will exempted in taking DOH exam and can apply directly in your hosp of choice,
