I did get delivery successful, but it didn't allow me to reregister just yet. I was just wondering if that's the new way of saying one didn't pass, since they changed the old way of finding out that one was successful.

I tried the trick, I received " your exam results are not available at this time" has anyone received this message and what does it mean?
