If you had misdemeanors expunged, can a level 2 for nursing find them? Do I let the board know I have them before I sit for my NCLEX? This was almost 10 years ago. Any feedback

im just now looking into nursing, i have a genuine love for people. I'm 43yrs female. my question to you...LPN school in 15mos. OR just bite the bullet and go the 3 year distance for a RN?
