    Lower pay is not always true. Many large corporations have excellent benefits, including great tuition reimbursement. These comments are based on not knowing about LTC- OR maybe just not liking old...

    I'd suggest one thing at a time...when you get out of nursing school, you don't know where you'll end up in order to get a job...and that may influence where you end up finding a specialty program....

    You also don't want the patient to be holding his arm off of some surface- if they are tensing their muscles, the BP can be falsely high. Don't go over 40mm/hg their usual BP...if you hear something...
