    Hi guys, can anybody please share your journey in obtaining work visa as a RN specifically in the State ofCalifornia. I just don't know where to start. eg. Visa Screen etc. I graduated & currently practicing as a RN in New Zealand. Already recieved my eligibility letter to take NCLEX. I'm just organizing the immigration side of it so that when the time comes I know what are the steps to take. Thank you for your help.

    Hi Silverdragon: so in my case, I sent the required application form & draft bank cheque etc. and the postal company confirmed that is was successfully delivered. Now, my question is: do NYSED send letter or at least email to confirm that the documents have been received? thanks

    @Ladylibra018: hi guys, I already sent my Form 1 and the reference on the post verified that it was successfully delivered. Now, my question is... How are you going to get a confirmation that they received my application form plus the payment of $143 bank draft etc? what was your experienced? i.e. Received email or letter of confirmation. Thanks
