   I know exactly how you feel. I'm apart of the over a year club too. Although the hospitals won't hire you work wherever will hire you in the mean time, volunteer in a hospital if you can and network, network, network!! goodluck!!

   Labelle777, I think I know exactly who you're talking about, that person gave me my first interview. Kept answering his phone during the interview. Ridiculous!! Looking back at it now, I think it was a blessing I wasn't hired there.
