   Anju, you must be all set for next week. I still have a few things to get a stethoscope, and a pair of white plain shoes, and then I am ready. lol almost! I still have to get my shoes :) Good luck everyone!

    Yes, it has my name, "American Heart Association" and Health Care provider on the front. On the back it has where i got certified.

    Foodie, I didn't know that they sent out the wrong paperwork. I just went to NMS and did it there like the original paperwork said to. Man, that sucks. I'm going to turn in my paperwork tomorrow so i'll ask then.
