Sounds to me like the school has enough on her without having to drag you into it. I say let them figure it out. You probably have bigger fish to fry anyway. This student seems to be hanging herself just fine on her own.

So sorry I didn't respond earlier! Yikes! We have about a dozen nurses. And also MA's who work as Research Technician's. We have both inpatient and outpatient studies at our facility. So I get to do both.

So I guess it's safe to say that some law enforcement officers take it into consideration and some don't.
