    No, we are not hospital based, I'm not sure what the hospital based hospices pay compared to the floor RN's. None of the hospitals in my area have hospice

    I live in Southern Cal and I am an RN Case Manager earning approx 78K/ yr on 40 hour work week (8a-5p M-F), no on-call requirements and no weekends. In Cali I believe the average is 60-65K per year...
