    Hello, I am a nurse in Florida and with regards to unions. Florida is a right to work state which means there are no unions and employers can fire anyone at anytime.

    Yes, that is exactly how I feel. They didn't represent the hospital. Their lack of professionalism is a red flag for any future employees.
