    I wouldn't know what the highest has been for my unit. The hospital I just started working at is still paper charting & the insulin protocol is confusing. Most of the time I have the pump programmed incorrectly!

    I didn't go to mine. Our pins coated $60! I just wanted my papers so I can take the boards & get a job! I don't think you'll regret it. Ive been a nurse for 2yrs & I don't ever hear anyone talking about their previous pinning ceremony.

    It's not expensive to live in Jacksonville but according to these posts. Im living in the wrong city myself. My hosp is one of the top paying.
