  3. Hello, May Nclex Overcomers......Have anyone taken their NCLEX Test???
  4. No. but from the looks of it the materials thats offered is good information. However, there are some links that are down which leaves me actually skeptical. I just went over the material on the website...the free links that were offered. These are really good nclex type questions.. try them:nurse:
  5. you will never feel like your ready i dont care how much u study..The first thing it takes is to know and have that attitude "I can pass". This is where it starts is with u first. Take your time. Dont think into the question, go with your first instinct, and dont change your answer,,,, trust yourself Most importantly GOD....Good Luck..Think B.I.G. (Believe In God) I know u will pass
  6. i recieved my att today...im about to see whats available..wish me luck
  7. search engine (priortization questions on nclex) click on free nclex review, rev quizzes, exams, questions, and resources...click on the study guide zone (4) areas should come up in each area there is 20 questions designed just like nclex...some of the links on the main website may be down however, u should be able to go to the study guide zone for sure and take theses test and the answers will be below.....IT IS IMPORTANT THAT U GET INTO THE MODE OF ANSWERING THESES TYPE QUESTIONS.....ONCE U GOT IT YOU WILL BE FINE W/TAKING THE NCLEX EXAMINATION...DONT THINK INTO THE QUESTION. USE WHAT U HAVE AVAILBLE, AND IF IT DOESNT APPLY TO WHAT THEIR ASKING RULE IT OUT!!!! TRY IT AND TELL ME WHAT U THINK
  8. I was surfing the net..I found this site to be very helpful and its free..for the may overcomers please look at this website..Its designed somewhat like NCLEX..Trust me i know failed nclex more than once. yea its good to know your core content but for the most part u will have a bulk of priortization/safety and infection control/ possible math question or several/ its alot of who would u see first, who will u call bk if u recieved the following phone calls, what pt would u assign to a floating nurse, sata questions, thats the bulk of the test REALLY...Go online and take this test (its 10 questions) I promise u this test is designed just like NClex...put into your search engine: priortization questions for nclex (2) click on the link that says 265 nclex example questions most like nclex (3) select delegation priortization and click on that sample ....there will be 10 questions take the test your score will appear at the end...if u done well ur thinking right if u didnt do good go bk and retake the test and GO WITH YOUR GUT INSTINCT b/c i changed 2 of my answers which were right...Dont second guess yourself!!!!

  13. According to my Med Surg book...IF you have to transport a pt out of the room they would wear a surgical mask..this is for a person who is on Airborne Precautions. The nurse would need to wear special respiratory protection..EX N95 or HEPA..Now if im reading this wrong please tell me..
  14. AND ANOTHER THING...PLEASE KNOW PRIORITIZATION..who would u see first, who you can discharge first, SAFETY AND INFECTION CONTROL EX: a person with TB..Airborne precautions and Negative Air pressure room, private room if available, KNOW UR LAB VALUES...PLEASE GO BK OVER THIS IT IS CRITICAL THAT U DO B/C U WILL HAVE A LOT OF THIS...4 PTS CALLED THE HOME HEALTH NURSE...WHO CALL WILL U RESPOND BK TO FIRST...
