   I work fulltime with Bayada. I have worked with them for over two years. I love working for them. It really depends on the clients you get. I am an LPN currently working on my ADN. Two semesters to go!

   I currently work in Home Health and there are plenty of jobs. Some Home Health agencies take new grads and some want you to have a years experience. I love Home Health. I love one on one patient care.

   I became an LPN at the age of 48. I am now getting ready to go back to get my ADN and then BSN. It's never too late unless you are dead. What have you got to lose. Go for it! I am so happy that I fulfilled my dreams. I have no regrets! I love my job....

   I think you should go ahead and work on your career first! You can work what is called prn work. Here in NC at the hospital I work at you can work 24 hours out of a six week period. That way you can keep up with your skills. Good Luck!
