   Did you have any difficulty getting your insurance to pay for the botox? I called my insurance company and they said I have to have pre-authorization and a medical necessity letter and they are not even sure if they will cover it.

   I am supposed to get a kelly clamp, what exactly is a kelly clamp?? I don't know if I should get support hose, support knee highs, or support socks. Does anyone have suggestions? I am 25 and already starting to show vericose veins. Thanks abunch!!

   Have you considered school loans? I don't want to have to take out loans but in order to survive, I will have to take out school loans to make up for income that I will no longer be bringing in.

   I liked www.marcusuniforms.com. I had my scrubs and and gear within 4 days and it only cost $5 to ship no matter what I spent. Plus the prices were amazingly cheap!!
