  1. To the ***** who I asked in class if I could have her number so that I could call her for the test review information, since I had an emergency and had to leave class 1/2 hr early for the first time ever, and who gave me the incorrect number on purpose. And had the balls to denie it when I asked her about it by saying no she never received a call, and when I told her I left a voicemail didnt even look at me just said she never got it!!!! I hope you can live with your nasty self. because all I see when I look at you is a very unhappy person who can not help somone in need. I hope you get what you deserve....KARMA is a *****!!! By the way she is an older lady who has kids my age and who you would think is a little nicer and too old to play stupid games. I would never even think about being so mean to someone who never did anything bad to me. I still got an A even without you help!! take that!
  2. thank you so much for the advice. it really helps talking to someone that is already in the program. I can't wait to start but I know it will be hard. good luck, hang in there you are almost done!! Keep in touch, I will let you know if I ever get in! :)
  3. hi waitingforthedream, anything we should know about the program since you are already in it? any advice of what to expect? I wanted to know how are the math test they give you (math is not my favorite topic)?
  4. yeah I heard Jefferson is a good school. I can't remember if it has a night program. you should be ok to apply for Bcc. I know a few people that applied as they finished the last pre reqs and as soon as they finished they got the acceptance letter. so it is def. worth a try! we just have to continue trying and not get discouraged ( i know easier said that done!) I only have micro and stat left to take and still can't get in! but as soon as I finish those up I will re apply and see what happens hope I can get in for 2009. I am also looking at morning programs I figured I would apply to as many programs as possible and see what happens. believe me when you talk to other students it seems we are all in the same position.
  5. it is so hard to find an evening progam, most schools have only days and the evening programs are harder to get into from what i hear since a lot more people want to do the evening programs. i looked into virtua's helene fuld school of nursing and our lady of lourdes school of nursing, the only bad thing is that they are a 3 yr program. but considering the fact that is may take a while to get into bcc it's worth a try and see what happens. you can also look into some philly program if you dont mind driving there. at this point i really don't care what school i get into as long as i get in! best of luck i hope you get in let me know how it all turns out for you!
  6. i also go to bcc and i am finishing my prereqs, from what i have gathered, it really does not matter the score you get on the net as long as you get the minimum. what they look at the most is how many pre reqs you have completed at the time you apply. many students get in w/ a lower gpa but have all the classes completed. my friend last semester had a 4.0 gpa and was only missing 1 class (devlp psyc) she did not get in and was put on a waiting list. she got accepted into another school and decided to go there instead. you can still apply and hope to get in, but i would also apply elsewhere just in case.
  7. I have a question regarding RMH....I know it is not a adn program but a diploma program, I have heard that some hospitals will not hire you if you have a diploma, is this true? is so does anyone know what hospital this is? I am trying to make up my mind about RMH and would love any info you guys can give me. Thanks
  8. hi i just saw your post. i hope you dont mind me asking you a few questions. did you like your porgram. is it hard to get into the nursing school? do they have a waiting list? is it a morning program if so what are the hours like? would you recommend this program. i currently am taking some pre reqs at another school and i am looking to apply for the fall of 09. thank you!
  9. I am also applying for Fall 2009! all I have left to take it micro and then I will be done with all my pre-req:yeah:. I hope I get in because if I don't I will go crazy doing nothing for 1 year until i can re apply! Good luck to everyone
  10. OMG! I feel the same way, I hate when people keep saying the same thing "oh your are still going to school!" they don't understand how hard it is to get in. .. I keep telling myself I cant give up. and I wont.
  11. thank you so much for all the info you posted, I am applying in feb for the sep 2008 class and I am so scared, It is nice to the a person that made it and graduated. overall are you happy you attended this school. what can I expect?. when I went for the open house the staff was so willing to help and answer any questions which gave me a sense of confidence and for a change some one cared, is that the case? it seems all the other schools I looked into really don't care about anyone and never even return any calls! thank you again
  12. thank you so much for responding. I was also looking into CCP, how is it going? do you like it? would you recommended it?
  13. can you give me more info regarding the Roxborough program.

I went to gibbs for computers, it was a waste of money, a lot of money at that. I'm happy to see you did not go there. I would never recommend the school for anything!. Good luck
  15. does anyone know any info on this school? is it a good program?
