   I spoke to their administrator earlier in the week, and she mentioned they were sending them out over the next day or so. I would anticipate getting yours soon. There is an email on their website for their administrator if you wanted to contact them....

   Can anyone shed any light on how the primary clinical sites work? I assume that’s your primary location after the first 14 month didactic period.
