    My cases are really long, 4+ hours usually. The legs are never prepped in. I'm extremely worried about strain without the foley secure.

    At my hospital, we have more RNs than STs. We are trained to scrub.

    Anesthesia brings our patients to the room. I rarely to never interview them in Pre-op.

    Personally, I feel like a new grad would do better coming to the OR with experience. It is one, tough environment. Having some thicker skin from building experience with physicians outside of the OR will help. That being said, I work with New grad...
