   Which unit are you going to interview with? I'd say focus on behavioral questions. Like "tell me a time when...". Have a few patient care situations in mind that you can tell stories about (difficult patient etc.). Show enthusiasm. But mainly, be you...

    Which units did everyone apply to? I applied to Hem/Onc as first choice and Surgical as second choice. I graduated in December from a nursing school in San Diego and just passed the NCLEX!
