Did anyone hear from PICU?

Hi! For anyone who interviewed with PICU, do they know when we should expect to hear back? I forgot to ask during mine.

How did you find out you were waitlisted? Did you contact them to ask or did they let you know?

2 of my applications (for the pediatric transitional care unit and the pediatric medical/surgical unit) updated to "under review" yesterday and today!

They called around 10am! And after the call they sent an official offer through email!

I got an offer from Heart Institute!

Just to clarify, specific to the pediatric units, has anyone heard back anything? Myself and several people in my cohort have all been sitting with "Submission received" since we submitted the application. Not sure if I should give up checking LOL

Yes we were told that they will be!

I saw during the webinar that the peds CVICU would be available but I didn't see the job posting; am I just missing it or is it not posted?

Mine still say submitted as well! No changes since I applied

I heard back this morning asking for a second interview with the Heart Institute! Hopefully all the other units start to hear back soon!

It was in a New Grad RN facebook group, someone made a post about this application cycle and a person replied stating that they had been invited to a PICU interview, but that's all I've heard of.

I applied to all the peds positions and mine still says submission received! I saw on facebook that someone had an interview for the PICU but they're an internal candidate?

To everyone who had an interview already, did any of you ask when we would hear back about the next step of the process? I was planning on asking but I totally forgot to ask during mine

Hi all! I just got an update today that I was routed for further consideration; does anyone know if this means you will get called for an interview for certain? I precepted in a PICU and graduated this May and am hoping for peds!

I was offered a spot about two weeks ago, I ended up turning it down as I was accepted to a different program!

I was accepted! However, I was accepted at the CSU I already attend so I will be declining my spot. So this will open up a spot for someone on the waitlist! Best of luck to everyone!

I was, but was accepted to my first choice school, so I will be declining the spot if I am accepted off the wait list.

Here's a question to those who are already in the program: How manageable is the workload? Would you recommend not working while attending the program, or cutting back on hours? I am currently working 30 hours a week, and was planning on cutting back...

I also got an acceptance email around 1pm! So excited!
