You have already worked so hard to get into the BSN program. Please follow through with it if you can. You won't regret it.
At this point you still have 5 months to get everything squared away before clinicals start.
I've met several LPNs that were in an RN program and needed to take a break for a number of reasons and planned on going back to be an RN. Twenty years later, they are still an LPN.
Don't take a break if you can help it.
Please talk to your academic advisor. You may need to take some time off from school to deal with these issues. There is no shame in that. See if you can take one semester off up to one year and then come back. Good luck
