  1. Where to go after ER nursing

I went to Case Management, and now I work for an insurance company from home.
  2. Received board order via email , feeling overwhelmed!!!

I would get a lawyer. The Board is not there to help you. I will never deal with the Board without an attorney.
  3. Received board order via email , feeling overwhelmed!!!

Here is a lawyer in MS that works with nurses. She is really good and easy to work with. Lisa W. McKay, Esquire P.O. Box 750, Jackson, MS 39205 Phone 601-969-1010 Fax 601-969-5120

  8. Nurses Smoking: Compassion Instead of Judgement

Quitting smoking was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I have empathy for smokers and those trying to quit. We should offer support and compassion and encouragement for our fellow nurses who struggle with the burden of smoking.
  9. Feelings of an extremely burnt out nurse

Me too!!! Thank goodness for telecommuting. í ½í¸Š
  10. Most of my hospital administrators, except for the DON, did not have bedside/clinical experience. They had MBA's or MHA's. If you don't plan to continue for a Master's degree, then nursing may be better.
  11. 3 nursing jobs in 2 years. Unhirable?

This right here. Feelings, anxiety, bullying, etc...are not this issue. When someone dies, whose fault is it going to be? Who will be to blame?
  12. What Else Can I Do For A Living?

I work from home for an insurance company. I make a lot more than I did in the hospital, and it is less of a headache. Definitely an option if the patient care jobs are not for you.
