   A MET call means there is a patient emergency or change in vitals etc. It stands for medical emergency team.

   Also, are you registering for your current state by exam and then for the Minnesota license by endorsement? Or just registering for MN license by exam? Since it doesn't matter where we take the NCLEX.

   Can you explain the 'registered with your state' part? Are you talking about registering for the NCLEX or for your license? I also haven't been told anything about this process, so sorry if the question seems silly!

    I will be graduating this May 2018 with my ADN and I've already received two job offers at magnet status hospitals. One in my state and one out of state. It can totally be done! I have PCT experience, but not at either of these hospitals.
