   its my wife not me and its been a long year and half...decided the hoops aren't worth the stress just changing carriers. Just hope for no legal issues we heard the state has 3 years but was looking for information from people who have experienced.

   if you weren't arrested or charged rite away...how long do you think it would take if they were going to criminally charge you? its been over a year. surrendered license .? I was told criminal and nursing board are 2 separate issues

   Not justifying anything or making excuses either. I will say that it seems excessive at least for first time offenders. Repeat individuals I get it but if its the initial screw up or addiction issue it seems very harsh. Good luck.

    Thank you. I wonder if a person could ask to do monthly blood or hair tests those go back 90 days and you wouldn't have to check in daily. Since your the one paying for it but I guess they cant control your every day life that way :/

    Heres question. For those of you with a Nar restriction while on probation, does it go away after probation or is that forever? Also if the issue is drug addiction, will you be banned form alcohol while on the probation too? Thanks
