Hi. I have been working for the last 3 months on a specialized "Deaf/Hard of Hearing" acute care unit at my psychiatric hospital in Massachusetts. I am curious. Are there any other specialized units similar to this anywhere else?

What types of qualifications and/or education does one need to get a position in QI, UR, or Risk Management? :)
