Hey I wanted to find out what the average PRN hourly rate is in Colorado. I know you dont get benefits but you get paid more and wante dto find out about how much you make. Also being PRN about how many hrs do you get? I know it changes but I know alot of places PRN get just as many hours as FT. Thanks for any info you can give me!

I used to work for regional float pool for Centura Health. They paid $36 (I believe) for non-specialty units, and $40 for specialty (plus shift diff if you work nights). You are required to work at least 4 shifts a month, and depending on which hospitals you choose to float to, you can probably be guaranteed as many shifts as you want.
