Private info disclosed to partner

Without getting too far into details, I believe someone with access to my employee file shared some personal information from that file with my fiancé (a doctor) or he somehow accessed that information myself. Do I have any recourse? Some of that info included STI test results. I’m kind of in shock and I can’t prove it, but some information is out that shouldn’t have been.
