Private Duty

I am currently living in New York State working as a private duty nurse mostly doing medicaid clients. I do not work for an agency. I am looking to do this same type of work in Florida. I see there is so many agencies around Miami and Fort Lauderdale does anybody know how I can find private duty cases instead of working for an agency in Florida.
