PreRequisites to work in Germany as a Nurse.

Hi, I am a nursing graduate from India I am looking forward and very interested to work in Germany as a nurse. I have no idea whom and how to approach as i couldn't find the website of Nursing Council of Germany. Can anybody in here give me some suggestions and ideas on how to start, and whom to contact. What are the other prerequisites to work in Germany. Is IELTS or NCLEX needed ?

I will be greatful if anybody reply to this post.

You will have much difficulty as a non-EU citizen. Are you fluent in German/medical German?
