Would a typical accelerated BSN program look down on someone if they take several of the prereqs (including A&P) at a community college? I'm working full time and due to money and scheduling it would be best for me to do this rather than the university.

No. Most people take their prerequisites at community colleges to save money. Has been this way for quite some time now. Many schools have articulation agreements in place to accommodate this process.

I took all my pre-reqs at a community college and just got into the accelerated program at UT. There was never any mention of which college I took them at so I agree with the others on here-go for it!

Yeah I took all of my pre-req's (science ones, not social science b/c I was a soc minor in college) at a community college... no one seemed to care and I was 5 for 6 in accelerated programs... I think it matters more your grade in the class rather than where you took it :-)
Good luck!

There are a lot of students in community college that are doing just this and are going on to accelerated programs. I think it's pretty much the norm.
