Preparing for upcoming clinicial

In September I start three clinical classes and I was wondering how if at all everyone prepared for clinical. I try to get in as much physical exams as possible and read over medical terminology and abbreviations. Share your preparation methods for an upcoming clinical class.

if you are going to be required to write care plans on any patients, see post #23 on https://allnurses.com/nursing-student-assistance/health-assessment-resources-145091.html - health assessment resources, techniques, and forms. it is a guideline of what to copy down from the chart. you also might want to use student clinical report sheet for one patient to help you organize your clinical time with a patient.
