Hey Guys!
I am a prenursing student about to enter UCF for my first semester. I completed most of my classes at VCC, and am going to complete one more semester at UCF before applying for nursing programs.
My current issue is that as a first year college student, I decided to spend a year at a technical school and get my MA Associate of Science degree. When coming back to VCC, I was very discouraged as I found a lot of the classes I was promised would transfer did not, and I felt very discouraged from the waste of money and time. As a result, I did not perform well in my first semester back, and received a C in my first Anatomy classes. Since there is no grade forgiveness for C's, I'm pretty much stuck with it on my record. My question to yall is, is there any chance of me getting into a good nursing school? All my other grades are excellent, and I'm hoping this semester is as well. I am taking my TEAS test as soon as finals are done this coming week
I had my heart set on UCF, but I am also looking into SCC's concurrent program.
Any thoughts or tips?
Thanks!:)
