Which series do you like better? Does one do a better job than the other in a particular subject?
I'm in my first semester of nursing school. I have the Reviews & Rationales for Fundamentals and I love it. I was just about to order the Reviews & Rationales for Pharmacology and saw the Davis Series.
Any Reviews on the Davis Series?
TIA

I like the reviews and rationals better because it includes content review as well as questions. Davis' success series is only a question type book. So, it all depends what your looking for.

I have both. I use Davis if I want to practice questions. The Reviews & Rationales books I use if I want a review of the material, not just questions.

I use them both they are great books. The reviews and rationales have more outline setup and few questions. The sucess series are all questions. I think they are both study tools. They are available in med-surg, psych, and ob. Definitely worth the money.

I love the Davis Success series, many questions from those books would appear on exam and the rationales are thorough and well written. I think it is important to review NCLEX style questions since they help you realize what you may need to study more and also get you used to that particular style of testing.
