fascinating. pre-eclampsia and PIH often defy treatment and escalate to dangerous conditions very quickly; we have much to learn and to see before we can say we have licked it!

wow...thats cool that someone is actually trying to figure it all out...we have had so many PIH'ers lately its eerie. ( that and women with kidney stones....must be the local water....:( )

But wouldnt you be nervous for a woman on ASA tx? WHat about her platelets and bleeding tendencies? Especially if she had an injury prior to term? Its definitely a start on something I hope BIG and successful....

I'm familiar with giving children's aspirin (81 mg) QD to PIH patients (or those who had PIH in past pregnancies).
