why MSN?

  1. im interested in applying to direct entry MSN programs also known as entry level MSN. what are some specific benefits to getting a MSN vs. a BSN?

    I'm applying for a direct entry MSN... I think that it really depends what you want to do. If youreally want to become a midwife, nurse anesthesia or family practice, these are some of the field syou get to specialize in right away. You are also able to write Rx, order diagnostic testing and a few other things. Another plus is that you also get a higher salary. You should really read about it at a few different websites. you can just type in Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Specialist and you'll see all the differetn fields.
