What's in your backpack?

I know this might be a weird question but whats in your backpack? Lol. What's the top three things you always NEED in your back pack?

My backpack isn't huge but it is roomy. It's made by Roxy, purchased at Ross for $15 !

I haven't bought my books yet (they're not on sale yet) but I'll have Mead Notebooks for my Chem and Math class, whatever books is required for my english class, ink joy pens, 5 assorted highlighters, correction tape, lead pencils, large eraser, durable tabs, and a calculator.

My top three would have to be trail mix, a water bottle, and another bag of trail mix.

you all should check out youtube for those "whats in my book bag" tag videos I kinda love those, types. lol[/quote']

The things in my bag this semester is my books that I had binded to make them a lot smaller and manageable, notebook, pens, many highlighters, pencils and my sticky notes. For long days Jolly ranchers and Red Bull. To use tapatalk you just get the app and comment. I just typed in all nurses in the search and it came up. I only have 2 pre reqs left which are Micro and A&P 2.

I figured it out. I had to log into Tapatalk. Find the allnurses forum. Then log into my allnurses account. I thought I could just comment using my tapatalk info since I can view everything with it, but no. I have to log in twice before I'm able to use any of the forum features.

I asked this question because my pre-nursing buddies carry 2-3 bags DAILY but I can't possibly figure out what they have in the other bags if we have the same classes lol.

my remaining classes are physiology and microbiology.

HIGHLIGHTERS for sure:) Laptop/ipad & chewing gum are my top three!

Lots of pens because someone always asks for one. Notebooks, my books, a flash drive, a coke, and my sour jelly belly jelly beans. Always have to have those on me. Also a calculator.

How do you print front and back? My printer does have that option but how do I do it?

My 2 backpacks are on standby. The one first one is a Swissgear just to start in a couple of days with nothing but a notebook, pens/pencils, and a calculator. Once I receive my books in a couple of days, I will change to the roller bag and it will be filled with pens, books, scraps of paper, snacks, iip balm.... and everything else I can fit into it from the entire house, lol

Sticky tabs/mini post-its so I can mark pages and attach notes to things. It's like getting a cell phone: once you have it, it becomes impossible to live without it.

Also, a pencil case. I'm such a massively disorganized person by nature that if I don't have a specific place for my pens, paper and mini-sharpener, they might as well be scattered to the winds.

Honestly though, I had so many books and papers for class that I invested in those 2 dollar green shopping bags. Every class has its own designated one, so I never had to unpack-repack (and ultimately lose track) of everything. I had to invest in a few more supplies, but if I'm not fanatical about organization, I'll become a hot mess.

My printer is the standard too. I just print off all the odd pages first, flip them and stick those back in to print the even on the back. It takes some practice. Try experimenting with 2 pages first. It saves me money, paper, and space in my binder!

Most likely, it will print the odd-numbered pages and then you have to flip over the stack and put them back in the printer for it to print the even-numbered pages.
