The Great Courses

Has anyone purchased "Understanding the Human Body: An Introduction to Anatomy and Physiology" by The Great Courses? It is very expensive as shown on their site right now, but there is a special to get it for under $100. I'm just curious if anyone has used this and thought it helped prepare you for A&P courses?

I'm wondering if the YouTube videos from UC Berkeley are better - they are certainly free! Still, if anyone has used these videos from The Great Courses I'd love to hear from you.
