Question about the TEAS

What prereq classes are most important to take before taking the TEAS examination?

Thanks

I took the TEAS in September and I didn't find that any of my pre-reqs in college would have helped with it. More than prereqs, I would review high school/middle school stuff. Most of the things are not advanced, but actually pretty basic - especially math and science. You, more than likely, already know most of the topics on the TEAS, you probably just need to review them since you haven't seen them in a while.

Math through beginning algebra and English, especially if either is a particular weakness.

The science section is broad, but doesn't go into much depth into any one subject. An intro biology course would be helpful, and a basic knowledge of chemistry, physics, and earth science, but it doesn't focus enough on any one topic to be worth taking a full course in any of those unless you otherwise have it as a prerequisite.

However, it isn't going to help you any to take the TEAS a long time before you need to have it done, and some of the knowledge gained in the science prerequisites may be helpful.
